Scope
Hermes is a private personal assistant used only by its owner. It is not available to the public.
Google data
With the owner's consent, Hermes may access Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar data required to complete an owner-requested task. Access is limited by configured permissions and local policy controls.
Use and processing
Google data is used only to provide the requested assistant feature. Task-relevant, minimized content may be processed by the configured AI service to produce the requested result. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage and retention
Authorization credentials are stored on the owner's private server. Operational audit records contain request metadata and digests rather than email or file contents. Task outputs can appear in the owner's private assistant conversation. Data is retained only as needed for operation, security, backup, or an explicit owner request.
Sharing
Data is disclosed only to service providers necessary to operate Hermes, such as the configured AI service and hosting infrastructure. It is not shared for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Control and deletion
The owner can revoke Hermes access at any time from Google Account permissions and can request deletion of locally retained data by contacting the address below.
